PP sweats
Did anyone else experience extreme hot flashes after they had their baby? I’m 1 year PP and recently the hot flashes have been getting so much worse. Has anyone else dealt with this?
Please comment when it went away or what helped you deal with it 😩 I’m so miserable I’m always dripping sweat!

I did with my first baby but only for the first few weeks PP. Are you certain it’s to do with being postpartum? I’d be inclined to thing it’s something else x
It’s common though It shouldn’t be happening 1yr Pp- how old are you? Can it be possibly peri-menopause? PP sweats will usually end around 3-4m
How old are you? Do you have adhd… I recently learned that my hot flashes are cuz I’m in my 30s and perimenopausal… it sucks

Iron deficiency cause of underactive thyroid?
Has anyone had there iron and thyroid checked and it’s come back showing your thyroid is underactive and you have iron deficiency. And doctor gave iron tablets then on your next blood test your thyroid levels were back to normal has anyone had this happen please? Appreciate information if anyone has. Thank you

“less people-pleasing, more living” era?
Hi ladies 🤍 I’m Louise, and I’ve been navigating surgically induced menopause following surgery for an ectopic pregnancy two years ago.
It’s been a journey! I didn’t feel heard by my GPs and eventually went private to a prescribing nurse. I’ve tried several different HRT medications and still get symptoms now and again.
But there’s one unexpected change I’m quite enjoying… my “what will people think?” button appears to have stopped working 😂🙌
I love my family and care about people, but worrying about everyone’s opinion of how I live my life? My remaining 🦊 are being saved for things that actually matter 🤣
It’s made me look at life differently and think about what I want too.
Anyone else found themselves in their “less people-pleasing, more living” era? Please tell me it’s not just me! 😂🤍 xx

Another failed cycle…
Aunt flow appeared last night! Another failed cycle! So fed up! Only three months in and it’s so sad every time I get my period!

I’m 6 months pp and ebf, no periods yet. I get random aches but still no sign of periods. How is it for you all ?
