Hi ladies 🤍 I’m Louise, and I’ve been navigating surgically induced menopause following surgery for an ectopic pregnancy two years ago.
It’s been a journey! I didn’t feel heard by my GPs and eventually went private to a prescribing nurse. I’ve tried several different HRT medications and still get symptoms now and again.
But there’s one unexpected change I’m quite enjoying… my “what will people think?” button appears to have stopped working 😂🙌
I love my family and care about people, but worrying about everyone’s opinion of how I live my life? My remaining 🦊 are being saved for things that actually matter 🤣
It’s made me look at life differently and think about what I want too.
Anyone else found themselves in their “less people-pleasing, more living” era? Please tell me it’s not just me! 😂🤍 xx

It’s not just you! I’m 61 and I haven’t had any Fs to give about what others think since I hit 50! 😜🤣

Haha Martha, glad it’s not just me! 😂🤍 Eleven years of saving your 🦊—I love it! What’s something you’ve done for yourself since you stopped worrying about what others think? xx
Anyone else still feel a bit like alien in your own body… like boobs a lot flatter, generally feel a lot wider, hormones still feel a bit wild…

Lately I've been feeling sad, my body suddenly has a lot of random symptoms, I just want to feel better 😟 and I'm not sure if I'm going through perimenopause I'm 34.

Has anyone had their period go a bit crazy after getting the implant removed? 😭
I had mine removed on 21st August and my last period was around 8th–12th August. I’m now late and still waiting for my period to show up.
I’ve taken a few pregnancy tests and they’ve all been negative so far, so I’m just wondering if anyone else had a delayed cycle after implant removal and how long it took for things to regulate again?
My body is currently giving me absolutely no useful information
