I was 100% sure my oldest was a girl. My main symptoms were fatigue, sore breasts, a metallic taste in my mouth, and intense cravings. I was correct š this time I was reasonably confident it was another girl because my nausea has been jacked up to 11, and the fatigue was just as bad. Sure enough I was right. Sometimes symptoms do point you in the right direction. My friend had almost no symptoms and had a boy, another friend had horrible symptoms and also had a boy. The primary thing that drives a lot of symptoms is actually the health of the sperm carrier š go figure.

I think it depends sometimes. With my girl I had no symptoms, no morning sickness, I could eat anything I wanted. I craved a lot of fruits and spicy things. I was very happy and mellow. This time Iām experiencing so much morning sickness, I crave nothing but Chick-fil-A fries and cup noodles, and Iām so exhausted. Iām also more moody and snappy. Because my symptoms are so opposite Iām thinking I may be having a boy. But who knows yet.
I am 39 weeks today and had my last scan this morning and itās all good. Tonight Iāve noticed for the last hour or so no moving. Iām really scared cos usually he moves all day and night especially at night to the point I canāt sleep. I donāt know if I should wait or go if itās only been around a hours time?
It says online not to prod and poke or have water cos it wonāt mean anything I am sat in bed watching it but I really donāt know what to do!!

Hi mummas,
I had an emergency C-section 15 weeks ago. I haven't had much rest, and as a single mum, Iāve been completely on my own since August caring for my little one and my 14-year-old beagle.
The thing is... the external scar has healed completely, but Iām not sure about the internal ones. I still have pain and discomfort in the area. If I touch the scar or my belly around it, it hurts, and the skin feels weirdākind of half-numb. I can only wear "grandma" knickers because anything else presses on the scar and hurts.
Is this going to be like this forever? Has anyone experienced the same? Should I be doing something about it?
I was really shocked that my 6-week postnatal appointment was completely useless. The doctor didnāt check me or ask about my C-section recovery at allāthe only thing they asked about was contraception! It was horrible. I really need some advice please...
Also, I feel like this body isn't mine anymore. At the beginning I didn't care much, but now I feel like my abdomen will always be big and "horrible," and it's getting me down. I mean, I'm very protective of my body because it created life! But at the same time... I feel ugly š

Im pregnant with my first and I just went to my 37 week appointment. My pregnancy has been a healthy one but I did share some concerns I was having. She just brushed them off. Is it odd that I havenāt had any internal exams or checks? Everybody around me is saying they shouldāve checked and made sure I was okay

So we were meditating on the name Philip for a boyā¦
My husband is a PhD in philosophy, so he loves it. I thought of the name, Phillip because my auntie was yelling at me to ātake my pills.ā ⦠I donāt know about the negative connotationsā¦
