So 2 naps normally fall around 1st nap starts between-
8am/9am
2nd nap starts between 1/2pm just depends what time he wakes/ how long 1st nap is etc
I do normally go by wake windows though

We have no real schedule over here, I feel like I end up just going with the flow every single day 😅
In an ideal world first nap would be after the school run so around 9am and then a second nap around 2pm. But it depends how long his morning nap is, and how much he's fighting napping. There have been some days when he's only had one nap 🙈

Wake up around 6 - 6:30, First nap around half 8 -9am and second nap half 1-2pm bedroom around 6:30- 7pm

Wake 7.30. Nap 10.30-12.30 and 4-4.30. Bed 8. But very roughly. 4.30 is the cap though to keep bedtime normal!

I don’t force a schedule but my daughter usually has her first nap around 11/12 and second around 2/3. Her first nap is usually about half an hour. The second, assuming we’re home, is usually 90 minutes-2 hours

We go off of wake windows still so fist wake window is 2hr45, second is 3hr15 and last wake window before bed is 3hr30. Some days they are slightly stretched and it does depend on the length of naps/when she woke up. Since dropping to 2 naps the days are getting a lot more predictable x

Wake between 7-7.30
Nap 9.45-10.30
Nap 1.45-3
Bed 7-7.30

WE ARE SOMEHOW DOWN TO ONE NAP MOST DAYS 🫣
this gal has serious fomo!
She’s up at 7(ish)
Naps 1pm can be half an hour can be two hours depends which way the wind blows that day
Bed at 6:45
Now she does sleep all the way through so that’s a bonus but she needs so much attention all day 🤣

We also go on wake windows. Roughly 3hrs, 3hrs then 4hrs. Generally last nap is longer but sometimes the first one might be long instead so will only do a short second nap.

My LO wakes up at 7 for a bootle and goes back to sleep till 9/10 am ish
Then first nap around 12pm
And 2nd nap around 4/5pm
Bed around 20/20:30pm

Wake windows of 3/3/4 work well for us although we have a toddler as well so it goes out of the window a lot especially weekends. I find chat gpt really helpful for setting nap times and getting into a routine. For example she started waking earlier a couple of weeks ago even with a good nap day and I asked chat gpt what to do and it tweaked it and we are back to normal again

Our schedule is usually first nap 10-11:30ish then 2-3:30ish for a 7:30 bedtime.
This changes massively on the days my toddler is around though because we're constantly doing stuff out the house and she doesn't sleep as well when we're out and about 🙈

Nap 10 & 3 roughly!

Wake 7/7:30ish
First nap 9:30ish (30 mins)
Second nap 1:00/1.30ish (1.5-2hrs)
Bed for 8ish
Heyyy!!
We have been advised from the GP that we no longer need to wake our 7 week old to feed at night. However, at the 7 hour mark I tend to wake her as I worry about her sugar levels etc. When I do wake her she is really hard to wake. I do the usual nappy change, tickle her feet but can take about 20 mins for her to wake up. I have been told she is a healthy weight but I worry that this many hours is too long for her little age. Am I wrong for waking her after 7 hours?
(She is formula fed and currently weighs 12 pound)

Every-time i pick my son for feeds overnight, his arms and hands are very very cold. He sleeps well but I am just curious what are you guys doing?

My little one is 2y 2m old. She has just all of a sudden stopped napping. Nursery told me they spend half hour with her and she won't sleep and same at home. I'm really worried nursery will stop trying. But she just will not settle down at all all of a sudden. Help please. It's way too early for her to drop the nap!

My baby is 17 months now, and I thought that by now my sex drive would be back. I still do it for hubby but it I can’t seem to actually want to. All the loose skin on my stomach is just such a turn off. I’ve come to accept I’ll probably need a tummy tuck once I’m done having kids, but I’m until then idk how I’m ever gonna have any drive. Any advice from anyone feeling the same?

She’s 14 weeks. Yesterday we decided to try putting her to bed at 8pm (she usually just comes with us at around 10/11). So we bathed, boobed and transferred to bed by 8. We kept the room dark and she slept there for an hour before waking up. I then took her back with me but she continued sleeping until 11. Woke up at 11, had her nappy changed. All happy as can be. Then slept until 3. Breastfed. Nappy changed at 5. Breastfed. Slept until 7, breastfed. Still asleep now at 11am?
Is this normal? She’s still having wet nappies, feeding, etc. should I wake her? She started trying to roll to her front yesterday, so idk if she’s just tired from the workout 😅

It’s my daughter birthday next week and I was thinking about getting her a trike I really like the little Dutch one but then I’m thinking would I actually use it because it’s nearly winter so she’ll be in her pram a lot with foot muff and we don’t seem to go out a lot in pram whilst she’s awake.
Opinions if you’ve got one do you use it or waste of money?
