Ingrown toenail 😩

I suffered really bad with an ingrown nail for years before having to have surgery. Best things are cutting a little v shape on the tip of the nail to encourage it to grow away from the nail edge. Then soak in Epsom salt and warm water for about 10 mins, you can do this twice a day, just keep an eye for infection and make sure you contact your GP if it looks infected. And don’t be tempted to try and cut the nail where it’s growing down into the edge, it’ll just grow back and could cause more damage and pain! They’re painful things to manage I sympathise! 😭
