My baby boy is 6 months old and he is not a good sleeper. Wakes up multiple times and is not sleep trained so if he doesn't go back down with the pacifier and "shh" I have to rock him back to sleep. But every now and then (2-3 times a week minimum) he wakes up and won't go back down for 2 hours. He is mostly happy and cheerful and playful at this time and wants our full attention just like a normal wake window during the day.
The days or timings aren't consistent so very difficult to find what is really going on.

Hello! This is called a split night and most commonly caused by day timing not being quite where it needs to be for the age. I’m a sleep consultant, midwife, child & family health nurse and mum of 6. More than happy to give you more specific info by DM if you’d like. No pressure tho. x
They say sleep when your baby sleeps, but how are you supposed to do that when you constantly end up checking because the noises they are making sound like a literal demonic possession. My daughter woke for a feed during the night, I changed her and fed her and popped her back into her cot once she was asleep but then proceeded to spend the next half hour turning on the night light and checking if she was still asleep due to the noises and movement coming from her next to me. By the time I get back to sleep she will be nearing her next wake window 😅

My little lady is 4.5 months and has just started sleeping through the night (last 2weeks) she’s in size 2 pampers or size 3 supermarket own as they’re smaller.
I’ve pried pampers, Morrisons, Aldi nappies and through the night she’s leaking. Any recommendations, please?

Hello mommas
I am 3 months postpartum and am dealing with hair loss. I’m talking about loosing clumps of hair in the shower or even brushing it when it’s dry. Tbh i don’t feel like me anymore, but i understand that there’s a new version of me now (the mommy me) I wanted to ask, what are some tips/tricks you guys have for dealing with hair loss? From oils, to vitamins, to treatments, at home remedies, etc. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Checking if your babies who are going through sleep regression also waking up before their usual time in the morning (apart from multiple wakings through the night). My LO used to sleep so well from 9 PM to 9 AM with one tiny feed at around 4/5 am. This bedtime works very well for our family. Now that the regression has hit us hard, she is waking up 3 or 4 times and then finally waking up fully alert and cheery around 7.30 am (1-1.5 hrs earlier than usual). Is this happening with you? Do you fully wake them up and start the day or just ride through this time till they are ready to sleep again? Sorry for the long post!
