So my little brother is on the spectrum, level 2, I’m also an asst teacher / RBT for kids with autism/ disabilities. Idk if your child likes baths but What worked for my mom was when I bought her these bottles of melatonin bubble baths & I got him toys for bath time as well and he tires himself playing in there and I also got him melatonin gummies that he loves to take lol or we let him on his bike in our backyard and he goes in circles and circles

& Hey so I’m going to answer i both at once if that’s okay regarding the melatonin & etc… I’m sure yall have some experience with the nightly wake ups so i feel like yes melatonin does help with falling asleep i never have it to her every night just here and there but idk i feel like it has a adverse effect where a day or so later so will wake up. I also use the bubble bath i feel like that barely worked unless she didn’t stay in long enough i have the salt as well.. But unfortunately my daughter is having a little private issue and i was told lavender oils children should stay away from specifically from a doctor and i know the bubble bath have that so i won’t be using that but thank u i too worked as both asisstsmt teacher & rbt before my daughter maybe we can more abt that but yeah mayb ill try longer baths

My son is autist non verbal! He used to struggle a lot to sleep, but I started to give him a tincture called Dreamland and another called White Pine. I give him 15 drops of each every night! He is sleeping so well! I have the contact of the lady who sales the tinctures, if you are interested let me know.

Definitely recommend magnesium. I do recommend melatonin as this is a naturally occurring hormone in the human body and long term use tells the body to stop making melatonin on it’s on altogether this creating a long term sleep problem
