Anyone else a c section, co sleeping, breastfeeding mama and your body is just in bits? I don’t know if my bed is just uncomfortable postpartum or if it’s my body and cosleeping/breastfeeding positions. I feel like stretching helps a little but my hips and lower back especially are awful, but generally I just feel so achy and uncomfortable most of the time. Is it just me?

I couldn’t cosleep because I would get so stiff. I wouldn’t move all night.
Having said that, I was just generally stiff for like a whole year and a bit. I’m 26m PP and starting to feel better. I have also lost 35lbs and am stretching daily.

Same my son turns 1 this month and I plan to stop breastfeeding my wrist and my shoulders and also my back hurt so much

All the same, I was feeling so stiff especially waking up in the morning until recently. I’ve started walking for minimum 30 minutes every morning and it’s helped a lot. I don’t wake up so stiff anymore.

I don’t breastfeed but I always disliked co sleeping because I would always wake up so sore. And I already had back problems

I’m all 3 and I ached horrifically. Wasn’t until 11 months that I went to the doctor about it and it turned out pregnancy had triggered autoimmune induced arthritis…
So worth getting stuff checked out properly and not just assuming it’s normal to feel terrible…

I had c sections with both my 6 year old and Ia 3 year old, I breast fed (only just stopped with the 3 yr old) and coslept/sleep with both(still Co sleeping with the younger one) . Yes my body felt absolutely wrecked for soooooo long! I don’t really have any advice but just know that your body will feel better and your bed will feel like your comfy bed again! X

Totally feel this
Hi! I can’t stand the weird smell of any of the blue non bio washing stuff. Is there anything else that can be used for washing newborn? Something that smells a bit better 😬

Hi
I need to stop dream feeding my baby at night when he wakes up. How do you do this or transition? He is mainly breastfed but I’ve started to give a bottle on the night on the last feed before he sleeps
