Hi mamas! I’m 34 weeks pregnant with a 12 month old. I’m getting virtually no rest and I can’t fall asleep at night and my nervous system is paying the price. I’ve been waking up frustrated and irritated and my fuse feels like it’s getting shorter and shorter by the day.
I take magnesium, I dim the lights 3 hrs before bed, limit phone use before bed, eat lots of protein, all the things that they recommend and it feels like nothing is working. I’m looking to see if anyone has any recomendstions🥹

Currently 34 weeks with a 1 year old and going through the same thing 😫 between the sciatic pain, restless leg, and waking up with cramps I’m only getting a couple hours a night! Ive heard tart cherry juice with magnesium powder at night helps and unisom / b6 vitamin. I just started the cherry juice so unsure how well it works yet

Go to the doc and get on some hydroxyzine. It’s pregnancy safe and will knock you out.
