When did everyone get there csection date?
I am 38+2 weeks and still haven't got a date. Mentioned from the start I wanted a csection... consultant told me I get a date 36-37 weeks, yet Midwife said nope 38 weeks (I have gestational diabetes if that makes a difference, as I know it did with my first). I know someone at Burton hospital who got theres at 27 weeks (no complications) I am just stressing about organising child care for my first child and I am still working so have no idea when my last day will be.

Did you have a 36 week appointment? You should have had a date already. I suggest calling to flag it, otherwise you become an “oversight”. Also stress you need to arrange childcare and this is causing you additional stress and anxiety, not having a date yet to work with. Be firm and request to speak to someone senior if you feel your been fobbed off.
My consultant told me from a provisional date to work with from when I was 24 weeks and when it had to be brought forward I still had 2 weeks notice.

I was given mine exactly a week before, also had to go so far for my pre op bloods because they gave me so little notice and I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere!🫠🫨

You should hear about your ELCS this Friday as it can be up til the Friday before your 39th week

It can depend on a lot of factors, no case is the same. I would absolutely encourage you to call on Friday, maybe after lunch, if you haven't heard anything, make sure you haven't been missed
I called and I had been missed 😔... so they will give me a date tomorrow hopefully 🤞

Oh no! So sorry you have been missed. They have to give you a date tomorrow, surely
