Storm

Last time we had a storm this scary I was barely pregnant, helene.. i just kept wondering what i would do in that situation when i had a baby, it was terrifying. Now I'm laying here after being woke up to a tornado warning, just listening to how hard it's raining, the thunder, the trees, the wind, my whole house is shaking like it's gonna be took up and I'm just laying here.. holding her as tight as I can cause there's nothing I can do, i don't think I've ever been more scared in my life.

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

I did the sneak peek test at 15 weeks pregnant, and the results just came back girl! Has anyone ever taken the test, gotten girl, and it been wrong?
