Rest

Anyone else lead a super busy lifestyle?

I am none stop between housework, dog walks, shopping, decorating, my toddler, nursery runs, work etc.

Sometimes I feel a kick and I’m like “oh yeah” because I barely sit down or rest.

Will this lead to any complications it’s generally has my anxiety higher as people keep telling me to rest but it’s not an option, not unless people helped me out 🙈

I can’t imagine it will cause any complications if this is a normal level of activity for you, though you may be more exhausted doing it all while carrying a baby!!

How does your toddler sleep? We’re quite lucky my little one sleeps well, so from once shes in bed and I’ve done dinner that’s me signed off for the night, sitting on the sofa for a couple of hours before bed.

This is also the time I make sure I really concentrate on movements etc xxx

I’m the same as you and I can only hope it’ll help because we will be fit and strong , I’m rubbish at resting but I do find I give myself a quiet evening once my other two are in bed xx

Same here. I’m always on the run, walking my dog, work, toddler duty, cooking, cleaning and so on. I’ve also got an anterior placenta and I rarely feel any kicks, unless I sit down.
I’ve started to tag team with my husband, so as soon as he’s home from work, I’m off duty.
With my first I just rested, but not an option this time. I’m at my usual level of exercise, though much heavier and carrying a baby, so definitely much much harder. I think it will be beneficial if anything since we’re active, we keep moving, we keep strong.

I am exactly the same, this is my 3rd pregnancy and feeling the exhaustion a bit more than before due to age but other than that I wouldn’t worry. It’s good to be active, stops baby from getting comfy and makes labour quicker!

High risk

I’m considered high risk because I was fully dilated when I had an emergency C-section with my first and there’s risks I could go into pre term labour so I have cervical length scans every 2 weeks between 16-22/24 and I’m aloud to try for a vbac if I go into spontaneous labour by 40 weeks but I’ll have a planned C-section booked for week 40 ( which I’m really hoping doesn’t happen )Just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences I’m just very overwhelmed and hoping people have maybe had a good successful full term pregnancy & birth despite what IVE previously mentioned x

Which induction method??

Im at the hospital now for induction and dont know which method to go for.
I initially didnt want the balloon because the sweeps really hurt me and I feel it will be most uncomfortable but seems like the highest success rate? And no hormones.

What has everyone else done and recommend?

Nausea

I’m 6weeks 4days and my nausea is HORRIBLE ! I wake up immediately feeling like I’m about to throw up to the point I have to sit, breath in extra big breaths, I might feel light headed or like I’m going to pass out. This will literally last ALL DAY & has been for the past 5/6 days now. When I try to eat something I take very small bites as it feels like I’m going to throw up what I just put down. My mom told me about apple juice which has been helping but my goodness I cannot take it 😭 what has helped you guys who deal with bad nausea ?

Anyone had a growth scan around these dates?

I’ve got scans;
26+5
27+3
28+5

And just wondering what everyone’s babies weighed on/around these dates ? (And what centiles)

My oldest has a scan at 27+6 so I know roughly with that but interested to know how much growth tends to happen in such a short period ?
