Detox? Advice please

Not a crunchy mom, but could it be seasonal allergies? I get bags like that under my eyes when my allergies get bad, and although my son "isn't old enough" to have allergies (just turned 2 but has been dealing with this since 6mo), I have horrible seasonal allergies, and when mine get bad, so do his. My seasonal allergies have been picking back up for a while, the warmer weather has meant that things are blooming earlier than usual. Also dust allergies/sensitivities. Things that have helped us - air purifiers in all rooms, slow/deep vacuuming carpets, allergen covers on our pillowcases, and saline nasal rinses before bed and right after coming inside from being outside playing. Oh, during peak allergy season, regularly washing/wiping down any pets that go outside (wipe a dog down when the come in and give bath regularly if possible, wipe down cats). We don't have outdoor pets, but I have friends that do this and it helps. I personally take allergy meds, but obviously my kid can't.
