Pregnancy pillows

Can anyone recommend any pregnancy pillow that will stop me rolling over. I am currently 16 weeks and trying to train myself to sleep on my left side. I have a small pregnancy pillow, will add a pic of it later, but I keep waking up on my back. Strange thing is I have never been a back sleeper I have always slept on my belly. I’m thinking I may need a bigger, bulkier pillow.

I have one from baby bun (I kept seeing adds on instagram..) and it is in 3 parts, 2 little pillows, one for your back and one for your stomach and a long part to put in between your legs. I only use the leg one to keep me aligned and to help with back and hip pain so I don’t know yet how effective the other pillows are yet.

I have also heard that if you fall asleep on your side and wake up in your back it’s not a problem actually, as long as you go back on your side to fall asleep again; and I thought that it was mainly in the 3rd trimester that sleeping on your back wasn’t recommended.

Young mum

Hi guys,

I’m just wondering if there’s any other young parents that are getting further into their pregnancy and like, genuinely just clocking that I’m gonna be responsible for a baby and I don’t know everything their is to know about baby’s I feel like I’m gonna be so useless and accidently be the worst mum in the world 🫣

Does anyone else feel like this? Or felt like this? I’m 19 and genuinely have so much anxiety about this now I’m 20 weeks lol

So annoyed, dog jumped on me :( now I’m anxious

I have a big dog and she NEVER jumps.. today I came home and my mum was with me visiting and my dog must have just got over whelmed and she jumped and ended up scratching my lower back,

with that I’ve bent backwards almost and stretched my lower belly and it didn’t hurt as such just felt like tha shock ligament pain but ofc I haven’t actually bent that far since being pregnant and now I just feel anxious really and just need some reassurance. It only happened about 15 mins ago and I have felt baby a little since

But why is there always something to worry about!😭

How long are we supposed to take this for after birth? It’s been 3 months.
