I have a 2 or 3 stage prolapse after my first baby.
I just had my second baby. Wearing a good support belt with pelvic floor support (looking like a panty) definitely made the difference in my pregnancy. I also had a PT that entire second pregnancy. Just had my baby 5 days ago and things definitely didn’t get worse.
You just need to take care of yourself now. I know it’s tough with 3 kids, but try not to lift heavy things

Well I tried 🤣

I’ve spoke to a few on here recently regarding Csection date and said I’d be begging for a date at my 28+5 week appointment .. I tried but got told no 🤣
On a brighter note they’ve promised they book it at my next consultant appointment at 31+5 so let’s hope they keep their word🤞🏻🤞🏻

Anyone else not sleeping or oversleeping ?

Like when it is time for bed I am not tired. Around 3 or 4 AM I’ll sleep and like wake up at 1 PM🤦🏾‍♀️😒

1st birthday party

Is it really that bad if we dont celebrate my lg 1st birthday party?

Me and my partner has been torn if we will have a party for our little girl's 1st birthday party? As, my family will not be here( living in other country) and his family is somewhat not in good terms. So basically its just some of my workmate and some of his friends. Also, i dont know how to arrange a birthday party at all plus i dont usually dont know how much money i have to spend?😔😔
Now, i feel so deflated. I need help badly. Thank you.

If you had a c section did they announce your hemorrhoid status in the recovery room?

I don't remember this from the first time but when they were moving me to the recovery bed they flipped me over like a fish they just caught, examined my rear and announced "no hemorrhoids" to the room. 😭😂

Will be 16 months PP for my C section

In October I will be having baby #2 via c section 16 months after baby #1 via emergency c section. I am wondering if any mamas have had 2 c sections close together and how was the recovery of the second time? I am a little anxious that it will be more painful than the first time.

Sore Hips and Lower Back Pain

I've been getting really sore hips and pain near my tail bone every time I go to sleep. I've got the BBHugMe pregnancy pillow and I've been doing some yoga but nothing seems to work. Any recommendations??
