How do I stop it?! I swear it’s getting worse every day now
feel like I need to go run up 10 flights of stairs or something my legs are soooooo uncomfortable having those horrid restless leg spasm things

I mostly just stay up till 4ish in the morning so I'm super exhausted and then fall asleep. But occasionally having my legs raised has helped as well as no food after like 6pm and drinking alot of of fluid x
Does the eating time affect the restless legs? That’s so interesting!
Thank you! My husband just massaged my feet and legs that helped during the massage but now is back 😭 I’ll try elevate them x

Yes I'm sure my GP said caffiene and any form of sugar before bed can trigger it to be worse.I also have GD this time round which isn't helping. I'm honestly excited for broken sleep instead of restless legs x😅

I'm pretty sure I've seen people wrap socks around their feet to help but not had to do it myself

Oh I feel so seen! I’ve suffered with this since the beginning of my second trimester. Now I’m at 38 weeks and is by far my worst pregnancy symptom. I’ve asked numerous midwives who have been unable to help. I have tried magnesium rub, I take magnesium in my multivitamins so didn’t want to take any extra. I have tried cold compress, compression socks. Nothing has helped.
I have read that not just low iron but low storage of iron can impact this but has been an impossible task to get a test for this.
So sorry not much help but I’m with you. The best thing I have done is to get up, walk around, annoying as that may be i have found it worse just laying there suffering. I really hope you find what works for you. Please share if you do find any release. Xxx
