I might get hate for this but I don’t care. As someone who heavily dislikes Donald Trump I am so annoyed of seeing posts like these. How annoying is it to open an app about women and babies and have to see more stuff about MAGA even if it’s hating on it.

Who thinks of stuff like this?

Different people want different things from partners during sex. There’s someone for everyone.
Personally I think the best sex is with someone who loves you, cares for you, and finds you crazy attractive. Regardless of ideology

A conservative who puts a women's sexual need first...that seems to be a contradiction in terms. Historically and contemporaneously it's the case.

I think there is a growing attempt to distance the chauvinism that has inflected conservatism periodically - many so-called moderate conservatives were willing to entertain this as the the activism of chauvinistic men was an expedient way to gain access to political power. It's a bit late to distance the two now that the damage is done and doing so feels like a form of gaslighting.

Historically, the conservative perspective on what it means to be feminine and masculine has been quite binary, with sexual pleasure almost seen as unbecoming for women. Sex was very much correlated to the function of procreation rather than desire.
The 1950s Kinsey reports in the US evidenced that quite well. Over the last 75 years, there has been some progress but not that much. Women's sexual liberation movements of the 1960/70s isn't that far back.
