Hi! I went to triage on Saturday night for reduced movement as I hadn’t felt baby all day. I was checked over with Doppler etc and sent on my way - midwife said everything was great.
I’ve just been called by the hospital that I’m booked in for an emergency scan and it’s just taken me by surprise. Has anyone else experienced this?

So I had the same thing when I went in for reduced movements except I was told I had to go back every 48 hours to be checked with the doppler until I had a scan to confirm baby was okay.

After a certain point in your pregnancy you’ll be sent for a scan after reduced movements to make sure everything is okay. I was being sent for scans every time I went in for reduced movements just to make sure that everything was okay and baby was growing and placenta was working x
Ah okay thanks girls!! This is my first baby and first reduced movements so I was unsure when they called me this morning. Thank you x
