Hi i’m at FTM im 18 i really need help i had my baby 9 months ago since ive had her i been on the patch but its just not whats best for me i want something that i can just get it and forget about it i want to start my weight loss journey so im really looking for something that wont interfere with it much and wont stop me from
losing weight please can i have opinions or recommendations on which one i should get thank you!!

I’m currently using the hormonal coil and have had 0 negative reactions. I’ve always struggled when it came to contraception so I’m hoping this’ll be the one for me 😊 it also lasts for 8 years!
