Can anyone help or offer any advice, my little girl has never slept more than 4 hours. (This was only on 2 occasions) and recently we are back to wake ups every 1-2 hours and I am beyond exhausted now and feel helpless with what to do. She has never been a great sleeper with napping either but for example yesterday she had 3 naps two at home and one on a walk, has anyone tried any methods that have helped? I sleep in the spare room with her (she is in her cot) but I wonder whether me being in the room isn’t helping? I know it sounds silly but it’s like she can sense me being there. I am so tired now after 7 months of no sleep that I can barely stay awake at night to feed, comfort etc and end up cradling her in a single bed and now worry that she is getting used to this and does not want to be independent in her own cot. Sorry this sounds like more of a rant but I just don’t know what to do to help her sleep longer stretches. X

No advice, but just wanted to say that you’re not alone. My boy has mainly been waking hourly. He did 3-4 hour stretches the first two weeks and then did it for 3 nights last week! Hoping it comes back soon 😵💫

In the exact same position - it’s draining isn’t it. We coaleep and I’m wondering whether that’s the issue now because she knows I’m there and uses me as a human dummy!

Can't help can only relate. We get like 1 good night every 2 weeks atm then its every 1-2 hours waking and sometimes not settling and staying asleep unless being held. Ive started bringing mine to bed with me too to help. I haaaaate the lack of sleep
