I was searching up for myself as well and I think the copper coil (IUD) is the one with the least side effects and the one that’s non hormonal.

I have the copper IUD or known as the Paragard. I have had it for about 1 year and half. I honestly haven’t had any issues.

Copper coil , I’ve had it for 2 years. Only side effect is my periods are longer than before but other than that no problems x

Copper IUD but insurance usually only pays for it if you had it in for at least 5 years since it can last up to 10 years. There’s also cycle tracking which is what I do and it’s effective as long as you stay on top of it. They also do make nontox condoms now, you just have to do quite a bit of googling. I have some brands written down somewhere. If your interested I can find the list

I had the copper IUD and just had it removed due to pain. Idk I feel like condoms is really the only not horrible one out there 😭 But they are coming out with new long term (but not permanent) birth control for men, so could look into that and let him take a turn managing protection lol

I’m not too sure about side effects but I got the nexplanon implant in my arm last month. So far so good 😊

Needing friends.

Hey I’m a 20yo mom to a super cute 6week old baby girl. I’ve been struggling to make mom friends more my age since I’m a bit younger. I love going on walks and hikes with her, or taking her out to grab a sweet treat. I really just want some to connect with, someone who knows what it’s like. Text me or let me know if you’d like to chat! šŸ¤šŸ¼

Maternity allowance

Hi guys! So I am currently on maternity leave with my boy and pregnant again, my maternity leave is almost over (I took the full 52 weeks off) so I am due back work soon! I have just had an email saying I’m not eligible for statuary maternity pay again and they are sending me a form to apply for maternity allowance! I would only be back at work for approx 6-8 weeks before going on maternity again! So I thought I would use my holidays instead of actually going back but the manager has actually refused them. What I’m wondering is, if I was to hand in my notice, would I still technically be eligible for maternity allowance and get the full amount or would it be the Ā£27 a week? Because if I did do that, then they would obviously still have to pay me my holidays that I’m entitled to?

Change of religion when married.. advice please!

Hi all, my husband has very recently and out of the blue turned to Christianity (we were atheist). I’ve been super supportive, we’re speaking a lot about it, I’m reading the bible to understand. To be clear I don’t have an issue with it at all (I went to a Christian school, just wouldn’t say I’ve found Jesus myself šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø).
I just wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation? What if I can’t come to the same conclusion and we end up not being of the same religion?

Really hoping someone’s gone through similar and may give me an idea of how it turned out please šŸ™
