shower infront of children

Is it weird to shower infront of your children, or your children see you naked?
At what age should this stop?

I’m just looking at what everyone’s thoughts are as I have a 7 month old and at the moment it’s hard for me to shower without him getting upset.

We contact nap atm, otherwise I'd shower when he sleeps!

It’s easier to bring his play mat into the bathroom whilst I shower so i can at least wash, else i have to wait for my husband to arrive home at 5/6pm.

Keen to see what people's opinions are and how other people do this!

I shower with my 2 year old.
I’m his mum he’s my child. Nothing weird about it.

Girl half the time I take a shower, my kids migrate to my bathroom and hang out. Or one of them showers with Dad if they don't want a bath. Totally normal in our household!

I get in the bath with my 2.5 year old son and it’s never occurred to me anything about it would be ‘weird’ x

I will be in my room, after a shower, putting on lotion & getting dressed & all my kids will decide that is the exact moment they need to come sit on my bed & hound me with questions. Not weird unless you’re being weird lol it’s good for children to see naked bodies in a non sexual way so they understand to be comfortable in their skin.

It's the only way I could shower

I still see my mom naked lol. My daughter sees me naked and as long as she’s comfortable with it, so am I. I think it’s good for girls to see a real adult body. With my son, I have been asking for privacy over the last year, he’ll be 7 next month.

I can’t shower without my 2 year old. She has a meltdown. Haha

It's not weird until one of you is uncomfortable. Families I've known where nudity isn't sexualized or emphasized usually had kids who weren't overly curious or confused about their or other ppls bodies.
We're not personally a naked family but we have a list of safe ppl and safe times for being naked. You're talking about one of them.

I saw my mum naked all my life lol. Always appropriate context like getting changed, swimming pools etc but I think it was so healthy for her to just accept her body. She never covered her stomach, never was embarrassed. Again it was always normal and appropriate contexts but I had really healthy body image for my whole life and I believe thats why.

I’d literally go in and talk to my mum if she was in the bath when I went up, I’m 34, nothing weird about it at all

Bottle refusal

EBF and deciding I want a bit more flexibility so wanted to introduce a bottle so I can go out more.

She used to take one three months ago. Now she flat out refuses and cries - doesn’t matter if it’s expressed breastmilk or formula. Tried it in a sippy cup as well. What can I do?

Formula suggestions

Hey! We are new to the United States and we are struggling to find a good formula, we are currently using bubs grass fed formula (pictured below) and we use Karicare (also pictured) back at home. We are looking for something similar that comes in a bigger can as the bubs one is only 20 OZ so we are having to buy 2 cans p/w

Those who use/used baby tracking apps - when did you stop using it

My girl is 18m and I don’t use to rely on it but more so out of habit I’ve realised
She has a set routine now really so I don’t need to use it but curious to know when others dropped
