I stopped taking the pill last month and still haven’t ovulated. I know it’s not been long but I’m just getting really down testing every day and getting nothing - like the second line is basically non-existent so I’m not even getting close 😥
I haven’t had a period in years due to contraception, so need to test every day as I have no idea at all when I’ll ovulate, but it’s just daily disappointment and I’m not even at the pregnancy test stage yet!

The pill is actually very short acting (which is why you have to take it every day) so your normal cycle should resume pretty quickly. That being said if your ‘normal’ is actually that you have pcos and struggle to ovulate and have an irregular cycle as a result then that’s what will continue when you stop the pill. If you do have pcos it’s also very possible to have times where your period is more or less regular depending on your level of insulin resistance or stress
