It is normal for sperm to flow out after sex, the ones required to get you conceived are in already, you don’t need much sperm to get pregnant. I would say u relax and enjoy sex instead of worrying. I would also advise you space out to enable him recover and produce better healthy sperm too😊😊

Sorry guys i meant multiple days in a row not multiple times a day haha! Ok so would you say that even though i dont have drippage, that the sperm is still going in there on those occasions? I Need to not spiral here haha

Try putting a pillow underneath your bum after so it tilts your pelvis and stay there for a bit. It worked for us.

The recommendation is every 2-3 days anyway to preserve sperm quality, so you guys could ease off a bit. Sperm survives 3-5 days so it isn't necessary to do it every day.

Its okay. Not after we did this. I think I stayed there for about half an hour. It took us nearly 12 months to conceive and it worked doing this for a month.

I also recomend every other day instead of every day. Flo app gives you guidance as when ttc based on your predicted ovulation. We used it and tracked my temp for more accurate predictions

I would assume your cervix may of been open at the time and the sperm went straight in!x
