I am 35 weeks 3 days. When I wake up in the night, I have bad pelvic girdle pain and lower abdomen pain. I find when I walk round it settles. Does anyone else have this?

is it a bad idea to go get a private ultrasound before my first scan?

For context, I’m 8 weeks tomorrow, have known since week 4 on the dot. So far normal symptoms until now (frequent trips to the bathroom, sore breasts, EXTREME fatigue, no significant nausea yet) and no abnormal signs or even spotting. AKA I have no reasons to think anything could be wrong… but i’m an anxious girly, and (even though it sounds dumb) it almost doesn’t feel real? Finding out early and then just nothing for almost 2 months is kinda crazy to me?! I didn’t realise women spend most of the first trimester without being seen by a dr/midwife nor have any blood / health checks (my first appointment is next week with midwife). And I just feel like i’m totally in the dark so to speak, and wonder whether i’m missing something, or like there’s something i should know but don’t 🙃 so im tempted to get an early scan at a provider like window to the womb just to have some peace of mind baby is doing its thing as it’s supposed to 🥹But i don’t know if it’s just a waste of money or if it could maybe worsen my anxiety if they see an issue? Any advice welcome 😅 (apologies for ramble, can you tell i’m an overthinker?)
