I've been getting really sore hips and pain near my tail bone every time I go to sleep. I've got the BBHugMe pregnancy pillow and I've been doing some yoga but nothing seems to work. Any recommendations??

How far along are you? Pelvic girdle pain is common and a real pain! May be worth seeing a women’s health physio for advice targeted to your specific body ❤️

The tiniest pelvic tilts were helpful for me as well as pelvic floor Pt during pregnancy and after.

It’ll probably be cause your ligaments are starting to relax, definitely see if your GP can refer you to a physio - cause you’re pregnant you should be taken as priority
