I have never had any food allergies or indigestion. But I’m 23+ 4 days and I cannot eat soondubu ( Korean soft tofu soup). I can eat everything but for some reason every time I’ve had it since being pregnant I throw it up. Does not matter if I eat out or cook it at home, eat it with seafood, beef, or no meat. I’ve tried four times since being pregnant and I’ve thrown up all four times. Has this happened to you? Is this normal? It’s not unhealthy, it’s protein but my pregnant body rejects it almost immediately. Why?!?!!

I had a few foods that always came back up but as soon as I gave birth I could have them and now they're my daughter's favorites. It's really annoying but I think it's fairly common

That’s super interesting. Are you taking your vitamins with the soup? Sometimes soup is not enough substance for me to take all my vitamins.

Lol, yes this happened to me and it sucked. One food I wanted so bad was lobster but no matter when or how I ate it, I got horribly sick later in the night. Eventually I gave up, it wasn’t worth it. After I gave birth my stomach readjusted and I can eat it again.

You know are pregnancy causes some weird stuff. All of a sudden im lactose and tolerant sends me straight to the bathroom ...... its horrible i have no clue. Guess baby dont want it so dont eat it I guess.

only thing that helped me was home chicken soup with a squeeze of lime in every bowl i had
