Hi all,
Had my 28 week scan and baby was measuring 67th percentile overall, but head at 97th percentile.
Freaking out that something is wrong with their brain and have to wait until Thursday for my 32 week growth scan.
Had a loss at 24 weeks last year and don't think I could cope with more bad news :(

We had similar readings at our 20 week scan but he's now caught up overall. Hopefully your baby does too. Try not to worry or stress. 🤞Everything goes smoothly for you xx

I had a scan around 24 weeks and he was showing 71st percentile overall but his abdomen was in the 95th percentile and I was quite worried but then 2 weeks later he was 75th percentile overall including abdomen and then we’ve just had another scan 3 weeks later and he’s now 59th percentile overall so I think it can change quite a lot xx

Stay strong and be positive, my prayers and thoughts are with you.

I really wouldn’t worry, different body parts can be different sizes! My daughter was born on the 9th centile and her head was over the 75th I think, she just had a big head but everything evens out in time (she still needs big hat sizes though, lol). Also, growth scans can and do get it wrong.
Has anyone had a c section scheduled, but then baby decided to come early? What happened then? Were they still able to do a c section?

I am aware that the fear I am having is irrational but I am seeking similar stories and some re-assurance. I had a private scan which I thought was 9th week, it proved to be 13+3 weeks, despite rushing to book NHS appts, I missed the window for NT check against Down Syndrome. My blood test against the syndrome at 17 weeks came back low risk, my 20 week anomaly scan showed no concerns and everything is fine, including nuchal fold in norm. However, due to the fact I had no NT checked (I realised post private scan that it was just a basic one), I am kinda freaking out as I am 40, already feel guilty that I got my dates so wrong at the start, and the private examiner asked if I planned the blood tests which felt a bit odd. It might have been just a routine question, however it's stuck with me. Any similar stories? With happy ending of course 🙈😅

Hey! Just been diagnosed with GD, I’m not sure how I feel about it other than trying my best not to overthink! Does anyone have any tips or has anyone else had GD? 🩷
