What drink should I choose instead of soda? I’ve been drinking a lot of soda and sometimes water, but I want something bubbly to drink while breastfeeding. I don’t like seltzer water or flavored versions. Please help me find a drink.

I put carbonated water in juices like mango or cranberry

Not sure where you’re located but Im in aus and love the hydramumma electrolyte drinks in soda water. So much nicer than other options!

SPARKLING APPLE CIDER!!!

I like Sparkling Ice.

I just drank soda lol. Are we not allowed? 😅
I understand some have caffeine but am I missing anything else?

Liquid Death (it's just sparkling water with a intense name) has soda flavors so you get the carbonation and the flavor without all the additives or soda. My husband loves it

Sparkling lemonade?
Heyyy!!
We have been advised from the GP that we no longer need to wake our 7 week old to feed at night. However, at the 7 hour mark I tend to wake her as I worry about her sugar levels etc. When I do wake her she is really hard to wake. I do the usual nappy change, tickle her feet but can take about 20 mins for her to wake up. I have been told she is a healthy weight but I worry that this many hours is too long for her little age. Am I wrong for waking her after 7 hours?
(She is formula fed and currently weighs 12 pound)

How many poops does your 2 1/2 month old have?
Mine were pooping every 3 hours I’d say but now suddenly one of my boys hasn’t pooped in about 10 hours?
Is this normal?

My baby is 17 months now, and I thought that by now my sex drive would be back. I still do it for hubby but it I can’t seem to actually want to. All the loose skin on my stomach is just such a turn off. I’ve come to accept I’ll probably need a tummy tuck once I’m done having kids, but I’m until then idk how I’m ever gonna have any drive. Any advice from anyone feeling the same?

It’s my daughter birthday next week and I was thinking about getting her a trike I really like the little Dutch one but then I’m thinking would I actually use it because it’s nearly winter so she’ll be in her pram a lot with foot muff and we don’t seem to go out a lot in pram whilst she’s awake.
Opinions if you’ve got one do you use it or waste of money?

When did your wee one start sleeping through the night, my baby is 12 weeks old and we recently just changed him onto hypoallergenic formula and ever since he has start sleeping through the night (7-8 hour stretches). I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence or if this is a normal age to start this. FTM here so any advice would be greatly appreciated xx
