My sister has had one successfully.
it’s hard to say because everyone’s body is soo different as well as how you have healed from previous c sections. i’m about to have my 2nd c section and i opted for it because i don’t want the risks that comes with trying Vbac and id rather get him out safely than end up in an emergency situation

there are risks in c sections too that they dont emphasis on as much as they do vbacs. you can have up to 4 c sections and still hav vbac according to NICE guidelines. the chances of scar rupture for one prior c sec and 2 is everrrrr so slightly but still VERRRYYY rare. as much of a risk there is in c sections too. educate yourself and i promise u . you can do it!

Elective C-section

Guys I'm 13 weeks but I'm already extremely terrified of birth and specially tearing and injuries down there. I'm thinking I'd rather suffer the pain from the c section than going through natural labour. I like the thought of everything being planned and I'd know what's going on. Any of you in a similar situation?

Changed due date

Anyone had their date change at 12 weeks scan?

I used my last period and also fully tracked ovulation, I had a due date Oct 10.

In my 12 week scan they said Oct 15

Now I don’t know which to use as I know the 12 week scan can place things wrong due to the tiniest millimetre off measurement

What did others go by and what was accurate?

Second baby here!

Damp pants.. can your waters go incredibly slowly lol

Or did I pee 😅

I woke up this morning with a damp patch in my undies that I noticed when I pulled my pants up after a wee.. I did smell it and it doesn’t smell like wee and I got my husband to smell (lol) and it didn’t smell like wee to him either but I’m also very hydrated...

I have sat over the toilet and nothing is dripping out of me so I think maybe I just lost a bit of wee over night or just before I noticed?
I’m 39+3 FTM

No other real symptoms of labour just heavily pregnant discomfort

Fried rice noodles 🍜

The first craving my Asian ancestors in my body is asking for during my first trimester.😎
I went from no appetite to have three bowls of them straight 😂
I feel pretty healthy too as I added in lots of bean sprouts, carrots cabbage, onion and broccoli for veggies; eggs, tofu and beef meatballs for protein.
Ahhh I am just so happy 😀

Birthday

So idk if this would be considered bd drama, but he just texted me “happy birthday” my birthday isn’t until April 20th, we’ve known each other since 2024. And I just feel a little sad that he doesn’t know my birthday. Should I appreciate that he tried? Or be upset that after all this time he still doesn’t know my birthday?

Early labour

So it has been a bit of joke with my husband that I won't realise when I'm in the early stages of labour as I will just crack on (I had a cyst 18 months ago which I just got on with as I didnt want to bother anyone)
Anyway to the point I'm 39+6 with our first. I've had loose BM for a couple of days and go to bed feeling sick for the last 3 nights. I have had a few cases of quite intense cramping but it only lasts a few seconds. Is this is all signs my body is preparing itself. I don't see my midwife till I'm 40+3 so can't ask her till then?
I haven't lost my mucus plug or atleast not noticeably.
