Hiding my pregnancy tips

I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant and I’m only getting bigger by the week and my home environment isn’t the best because of two people who are constantly saying things behind my back and escalating things are not making me feel safe enough to express my pregnancy.
With that being said, for anyone who had to hide their pregnancy until they felt safe enough to show it to the world what did you do to hide it or protect your peace?

I didn’t hide it but I know most people do baggy clothes. Please don’t do anything unsafe such as corsets, cling film (or whatever you call it. The see through food film)

Definitely baggy clothes and try to avoid being around them unnecessarily

If you dont feel safe expressing your pregnancy i highly urge you to look into diffrent living arrangements if possible since it could be worse when a babys involved x

Stay safe and speak to Drs and midwives once you get the opportunity they maybe able to help point you into a safer environment xx

Headache and thirst

After some advice before I call triage unnecessarily. I drank 3 pints of water during the night as I was so thirsty and I am still super thirsty now. I’ve got a headache which isn’t really shifting even with paracetamol. I generally just feel a bit off. I’m just under 37 weeks.

I’ve had 3 negative gestational diabetes tests this pregnancy as I had GD in my last pregnancy and baby is measuring above 97th percentile.

Vaginal or c-section? Where’s your head at?

So many friends have started asking me what I’m thinking about birthing plan and to be honest I’ve not really thought about it (probably should at some point 🫣) A number of friends didn’t have great birthing experiences and ended up with emergency c-sections which got me researching planned ones despite it never previously being something I had considered.

I’m curious to see where other mums-to-be heads are at with this one & thoughts behind it? No judgement here! 🥰
