If no what did you not follow?
I also get its survivor bias so I’m not saying I was right to do these things.
1. My babies all slept with blanket/comforter from early on. They also all were sleeping through from an early age.
2. I had a bath a couple of days after my c section.
I’m sure there were more but these two are the ones that stand out 🫣

My baby didnt like to be swaddle so we used a blanket, but thats not necessarily against guideline, as long as its tucked in properly.
She NEVER wore a hat or mittens
I had a bath as soon as I got home from the hospital, episiotomy and forceps birth.
She slept through from 13 weeks.
We went to the shops when she was 2 days old (she didn't like the bottles we had and I had cabin fever)
Restaurants at around a week.
Im sure theres more but thats all I can think of.

Never bought a prep machine, dont trust the build-up of mould and bio film, and there is more work 6 necessary to clean.
If staying home i had 2 bottles prepped in fridge if going out water was pre filled in bottle and milk was weighed out in a tub so I could just add milk. Also stated weening son at 3 months as he was drinking 9 ounce hungry formula every 3 hours he was hungry I fed him it helped.
Let my babies be held by everyone from the day they were born.

Cosleeping, blankets, out in public day after coming home from the hospital, pump fridge hack. Traveling to find a home big enough for our newest member, packed an entire house, drove and moved to another state during my recovery from csection. Had to drive the 3 hours back for my 6 week check-up

i dont trust anyone who says they did exactly everything by the book, its impossible!!!
