Any tips for eating enough while breastfeeding?
I feel like I’m constantly hungry but somehow not managing to eat enough throughout the day/I don’t know what I should be eating and then end up snacking. I’m also back running 3 times a week so thinking I need to up my calories again.

Try and make a packed lunch the day before, so you know you’ve got a full lunch ready to go! I used to prep pots of yogurt and granola, or overnight oats so I knew breakfast was sorted, and then same with lunch, wraps, sandwiches, pasta etc. That way if I was having a manic day or we ended up out the house all day, I had food ready to grab and take with me! I haven't done this yet as I'm expecting a child but I'd recommend to focus on eating good amount of protein and fats, they give you energy and all the fats to produce the milk etc.

Im going to be honest i drank milk constantly and would eat really high calorie protein bars and I’d make snacks. I’d follow recipes from YouTubers that were body builders because they know how to pack in the calories

I find it quite hard to keep up with snacking or eating frequently so I also found myself always hungry. Slow release foods are a lifesaver!
oats, popcorn, beans, certain fruits like apples, packed with fiber and nutrients, but break down slower meaning you’re fuller for longer = less frequently hungry. Proteins are also amazing for this too :)
Try to go for at least 2 sizeable meals a day I recommend breakfast and lunch, and you can graze later in the evening
