I’ve bonked both my kids head into the wall or door frame when they were lil babies lol oops 😬

Not my oldest son, he’s always had a good sense of self preservation, but my youngest has been helping me accidentally hurt him since infancy. The surprise jerk backs when going through doorways or hallways were the worst, thankfully it didn’t happen while he was sleeping, that would’ve broke my hubs, he bawled the 1st time it happened & had me carry from his bath for several weeks, he just had a tendency to get excited in narrow spaces, then when he was walking he’d always come up behind us to help vacuum & get knocked down, he’s 4 & running into walls & tripping on air himself now, but today he snuck up behind me to “help” get the cat inside & decided not to listen to all my warnings about sticking fingers where doors close, I didn’t know he was there, but the feel of the door closing was enough to make me open it back up. If someone wants to judge my parenting based off my kids, please do so off the 1st child, 2nd is totally feral & has no sense of self preservation.😭

Tried to take the Muslin cloth away from my girl after partner had fed and burped her. and she full force launched her head forwards. Jabbed her in the gum with my nail. Panicked and went to comfort her and she slams her head into my hand partner looked at me like I was evil while I sat there crying apologising to the baby who caused it in the first place

Dropped a can of beans on my baby once 🥲 and smacked her head into the car door.
