Help I need milk

I am 5 weeks pp and struggling even producing an oz. I have two other children 10 and 8 that breast fed for yrs and it was never a problem. I have not had an appetite since I gave birth so eating might be an issue. But I’m also very stressed with my relationship. Any tips I appreciate.

There's many people selling it and banks you might want to reach out to. FB market place is a good one. I've got an over supply and a 3 week old if you live nearby I'm happy to share. Pumping for 30min every 2 hours helps and there are supplements and snacks you can buy to boost supply. Even if nothing's coming keep pumping and stimulation will help too. I use the momcozy pump so that I can still work and do chores while pumping and it doesn't get in the way of my day

Have you tried lactation cookies or even the powder to add to your water to help you produce more? I’ve been on that plus the cookies and it has helped tremendously

Try pumping consistently every 2-3 hours for 15-30 minutes each session. Drink lots of water and try to snack healthy foods before and after pumping. MilkyMama's lactation brownies helped me a lot to establish milk supply. Also I hear stress can decrease your supply, ik it's hard but try to stay strong. You got this Mama!
