I keep having serious déjà vu about someone

I keep having déjà vu about a lot of stuff. Most of it is about the same person. What does it mean? She is not a lover to me. She is sort of an enemy. I keep seeing signs of her everywhere. Her real name and her nick name show up on the tv or on social media for me a lot even though I know its not her. Just people with the same name as her. Some of my newest friends/acquaintances even have similarities to her. One of them told me she had the same sun and moon sign as her. She also keeps showing up in my dreams. I usually ignore her because of how mean she is to me but someone else told me that she wants to show up at my house to tell me something important cause she claims that someone else has been lying about her. She has not shown up yet but I worry that she might. Apparently she found my address on the internet.
