Hi everyone! I am almost 28 weeks and I’m experiencing lots of nausea and vomiting. I had to go to the emergency room and be treated with an IV and anti-nausea medications. I’ve tried Pepcid, phrenegan and unisom. If I miss a dose of either medication, I throw up. I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow. What should I suggest? I hear good things about omeprazole. I’m ready to eat normally! It’s not a virus as my WBC count is normal and I feel find except the nausea.

I have omeprazole but it only helps me with my heartburn. Ive done uniSom and b12 at night and it helps somewhat. Maybe try zofran and see how that helps you.

Ugh same. I just had to go to the hospital yesterday for IV fluids and they gave me some intravenous zofran which helped. I still can’t really manage more than a few saltines and some sips of water even with the zofran so hoping this goes away for us soon!!!!

Ask your OB about Optum home health care! I’ve had the same issue with all 4 of my pregnancies and the OB prescribed Optum home health care for me! They got me on in home 4 day IV course! A nurse will come over and do your IV for you and set you up with a zofran pump! I swear by Optum home health for anyone struggling with their pregnancies!
I had a private scan today and it was so reassuring. Anyone who’s feeling a bit nervous, have a look at whether there’s somewhere close to you. It cost me £60 for a 15 minute appointment. I am 8 weeks and it’s incredible! You can see they already have 4 limbs and you can see the bones in the spine forming and the heartbeat is visable too! She reassured me that the yolk sack is in the right place etc too. Would highly recommend it! Picture for anyone who is also 8 weeks - your bubba will look very similar! 😍

Does anyone else feel like their baby is fussy because of being bored of the house or am I just looking for reasons? 😂 the recent weather has had us indoors more, some days short walks in the morning but some days we aren’t even managing that. The days we don’t go out at all her evening fuss starts earlier at like 2.30 where none of her toys are doing the trick and I do just feel like it’s boredom but have no idea how to get around it!
