Etsy has a lot of pregnancy reveal templates that I thought were cute. Some of them are like what suggested. Another cute idea (for your husband specifically) would be creating an animated video of y’all’s history leading up to you announcing your pregnancy. I believe Etsy also has a template for the video.

My husband and I casually mentioned it in a conversation and watched our families freak out in excitement. When going around asking how we were all doing, mentioned "work is good but getting difficult with the pregnancy nausea, this weekend we have xxx" moved on and watched them do a double take trying to comprehend what we said. It was hilarious

There are tons of big sister/big brother shirts. Etsy may even have promoted to big brother/sister shirts. I would put them in one of those shirts and see how long and if anyone catches on lol.
