Hi, for a while little one has been waking up without fail around 5am every morning, but wakes up still tired. It’s hit and miss whether she’ll go back to sleep when I bring her back in bed with me. She’s always averaged about 10.5 hours night time sleep. And wakes up crying on average at least twice a night. I’ve tried pushing her bedtime back but on nursery days, it’s hard to keep her awake past 7:15pm! She’s still mainly on 2 naps a day, but that’s because she wants the 2 naps.
Basically I think I just need some advice on how to bridge that 5am cry for another hour for her so she doesn’t wake up tired lol.

To me it sounds like she might not be getting enough daytime sleep, or bedtime is too late, either way she's going to bed overtired which ends with her waking up more often (sound silly but it's science I promise!). Try putting her to bed at 6pm or adding another nap and see if it makes a difference, it may get worse before it gets better but do your best x
Anyone get their son a baby doll? Did they love it?
Thinking of getting mine one for christmas as he's gravitated towards one a couple of times at a toddler group. For context my son will be 18 months, nearly 19 months at Christmas.

My little one is 2y 2m old. She has just all of a sudden stopped napping. Nursery told me they spend half hour with her and she won't sleep and same at home. I'm really worried nursery will stop trying. But she just will not settle down at all all of a sudden. Help please. It's way too early for her to drop the nap!

My baby is really congested overnight. She’s always congested - but particularly more snorty after a bottle of Kendamil. She’s primarily breast fed with one bottle of formula a day in the afternoon. Her poops are also explosive and look like this. Does this look like CMPA, so sorry for the photo! Two first poops from two different mornings. Will add the second to the comments.

Can I put a car seat in the front passenger seat for travelling with my baby?! He hates the car and just cries if he’s in the back by himself. I have family 4 hours drive away and I have to do the travel alone most of the time. It’s so stressful and exhausting trying to entertain him and I can’t just let him cry. How do you travel with a baby who hates the car? 😩

She’s 14 weeks. Yesterday we decided to try putting her to bed at 8pm (she usually just comes with us at around 10/11). So we bathed, boobed and transferred to bed by 8. We kept the room dark and she slept there for an hour before waking up. I then took her back with me but she continued sleeping until 11. Woke up at 11, had her nappy changed. All happy as can be. Then slept until 3. Breastfed. Nappy changed at 5. Breastfed. Slept until 7, breastfed. Still asleep now at 11am?
Is this normal? She’s still having wet nappies, feeding, etc. should I wake her? She started trying to roll to her front yesterday, so idk if she’s just tired from the workout 😅
