I’m a bit concerned about my nephew. He is like 27 months now lol his 2nd birthday was in January.
He runs around like crazy, eloping a lot and won’t sit still like hardly ever. Maybe at home in his safe place but i really don’t think he chills much. He won’t make eye contact with anyone he will wiggle till he’s put down. He just won’t look.
I personally have an autistic son and I know the spectrum is so wide and no 2 children are alike, but I’m concerned about him. For sure adhd, but I really don’t want to bring it up to my brother because he will probably be offended.
My nephew isn’t talking either he more hand leads or brings what he wants.
What can I do without stepping on toes? I don’t want to step out of my lane or cause any issues?
I’m posting in this group because I feel like other autism moms can relate with the adhd aspect of things.

I would just call my brother up and ask him if they ever considered getting him evaluated to see if he's neurodivergent. You don't necessarily have to name ADHD specifically because he could be AuDHD. Just approach it as a concerned person and not a "I have an autistic kid so I know everything" person.

You are your child’s first responder to anything happening in their life .
Let your brother know that you noticed certain things with your child and got him diagnosed; let him know you are noticing similar things and encourage him to get checked out .
You mentioned stepping on toes , so I feel and gonna assume some cultural factors may be in play ; but if a child was on fire ; do you feel like it’s stepping on toes to personally out that fire? … wouldn’t you try to get people around you to do something about it to help out it?
Screw stepping on toes ; take your self out of the equation and speak up and advocate for your nephew who you can clearly see needs medical assessment .
I had a nappy raffle at my baby shower and have loads of nappy’s but the ones on the left are what I’ve found best and I am running low on them. They are elastic around the front and back unlike the ones on the left I’ve opened 3 more packs of pampers and they are all like the ones on the right. Have they changed or are they a specific style/name

Hey ladies. Planning to bottle feed my bubba. Do hospitals have sterilising equipment or should I pack multiple bottles already sterilised? Thank you 🩵

Hi new here FTM to twins. I’m a single parent so finding my feet is still ongoing. My twins are 7 weeks old and are having more and more wake windows but I’m unsure what to do in them. I’m using flash cards, toys, nursery rhymes and lots of talking and singing but I feel like it’s not enough.
