CMPA - turning 1

Anyone have any advice for introducing yoghurt/ cheese etc to their 1 year old who had a suspected CMPA when on their formula? Do they grow out of it? How to introduce dairy ? What milk do you transition to? Baby isn’t that keen on solids, only opens her mouth a few times very hesitantly

Google the Milk Ladder. There's steps you work through starting at tiny amounts of cooked milk powder l.

My boy had suspected CMPA as a baby, he had CMPA formula also, as he reached 8months … our doctor recccomended to have for the
1st /2nd day one bottle of normal formula (we chose Kendamil) and then the rest of his bottles CMPA …if he seemed okay, 3rd/4th day 2 bottles of Kendamil and then the rest CMPA … and so forth upping his Kendamil bottles until CMPA was completely out of his day with no reactions /issues - although I know past 1 they don’t need formula but it’s a good way to test it maybe with a little cows milk?

He definitely grew out of it, can’t say he eats much being picky 😂 but no reactions with anything x

Stroller recommendations

Hi everyone

Can I please ask for stroller reviews from anyone who loves their strollers especially if you push it on cobblestones or rough terrain.

I have a mama’s and papas Flip TX3 which I absolutely hate! Everytime I use it I get back pain from steering it. It’s also super bumpy and makes me worry about baby but she seems not to mind. Baby is 4 months and we have only used it 5 times. If you have a Flip TX3 , does it get better when baby is older and can sit up?

I chose it because of the lie flat option as I didn’t get a bassinet and also because its foldable and we live on the first floor.

I really need something which is those two things but with great suspension.

Thank you

Struggling

My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

Sleep/transferring to next to me crib

Any tips pls , baby is only 5 days old, had a bit of a rough road so far with her having antibiotics, jaundice etc. she’s breastfed.

We’re now home and she absolutely will not be down in the crib at night. She’ll stay there for 20 mins then absolutely scream. I’ve tried a hot water bottle , white noises etc

I’m so tired overnight from this as she’ll only, she’ll only Fall asleep when held, I don’t want to co sleep x
