Oh my gosh me!!! I would have hand fulls on a daily basis. I noticed it gets better as time goes on…. I’d love to also know if there are tips regarding this.

Girl I feel that I'm 1 yr postpartum and currently experiencing this! Idk what kind of shampoo or conditioner I should be using to help with this or if I need to do something different with my hair but it's so bad! I lose handfuls in the shower and even when my hair is dry and I brush it 🥴

Agreed. I am 7 months postpartum and every time I wash hair I now dread it because of all the hair loss, and when I comb or brush it too, same. Recently told hubby at this rate I will be bald by Halloween. He decided to poke fun and said you better save that then. I put it in a bathroom cup and asked if he was serious with tears streaming and he burst out laughing and said No, I was kidding. I read if you put your hair up put it up loosely or let it down. But I don’t know about y’all, but my little one is a grabber and likes to grab at any loose hair, or anything else.

My cousins a hairdresser and I spoke with her about it. Unfortunately , theres nothing we can do to stop it as its a natural hormonal drop. It does ease off eventually - everyone's different. She said to then switch shampoos to sulphate free & get regular cuts. Take multivitamins. All these vitamins/oils claiming to help hair grow are 9 times out of 10 a money making scheme. Put your hair in a loose braid if possible as anything above that is pulling and causing unnecessary stress on hair follicles.

I've got 2 under 2 though so I actually am going to look like uncle fester in a few more months 😅

Mounjaro

Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Tired 10 weeks postpartum mum needing reassurance from formula-feeding mums 🙏

Hi mums, I’m 10 weeks postpartum and feeling so burnt out. My baby doesn't latch, so I’ve been pumping and mixed feeding. Pumping is exhausting me, and I’m really thinking about quitting.

Because I work in healthcare, the guilt is hitting me hard and I keep overthinking the benefits of breast milk. But my mental and physical health are slipping.

Would love to hear from moms whose babies are 100% formula-fed. Please tell me your formula babies are thriving and that you got your sanity back! Need some reassurance today. 🙏

Bedtime

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

Back sleeping!!

I’m 23+3 as still sleeping on my back. I can’t for life of me stay on side. I did buy one of those huge U shape pillows but I don’t find it comfy then end up chucking it on floor in middle of night. I think it’s kinda fine until 3rd Tri. Just want to know if anyone else is really struggling to stay on there side and end up on back!

7 week old baby won’t sleep

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards
