I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards

Hi, congratulations on the birth of your baby. I'm sorry no one warned you but this is pretty typical of babies in the fourth trimester! Doesnt make it easy of course. Most babies hate being put down at night. It goes against their instincts to be close to their source of survival, plus they feel the change in temp, pressure and sound the distance creates. If you have a partner, take it in turns to sit up with baby for a few weeks, or reduce demand and expectations on yourself to achieve anything more than the massive feat of keeping you and baby alive! This season of your life will soon pass, but for now it's just about getting to know what doesn't work for your baby and letting go of expectations.

Change your sleep schedule as well sleep during day if baby sleeps so you have energy at night. Got to work with the little angels 😪
Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Hi mums, I’m 10 weeks postpartum and feeling so burnt out. My baby doesn't latch, so I’ve been pumping and mixed feeding. Pumping is exhausting me, and I’m really thinking about quitting.
Because I work in healthcare, the guilt is hitting me hard and I keep overthinking the benefits of breast milk. But my mental and physical health are slipping.
Would love to hear from moms whose babies are 100% formula-fed. Please tell me your formula babies are thriving and that you got your sanity back! Need some reassurance today. 🙏

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

I’m 23+3 as still sleeping on my back. I can’t for life of me stay on side. I did buy one of those huge U shape pillows but I don’t find it comfy then end up chucking it on floor in middle of night. I think it’s kinda fine until 3rd Tri. Just want to know if anyone else is really struggling to stay on there side and end up on back!

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲
