My baby just turned 3 weeks and although I was doing so well at the start, I feel like I’m being worn down now. I’m exclusively breastfeeding and my life being constant 2 hour increments of feeding, burping, changing and trying to soothe a fussy baby, then grabbing whatever scraps of sleep I can when he goes down is so exhausting. One of my boobs has now started hurting (not the nipple, the boob itself) and I’m so stressed at night trying to get through without my partner waking as he has work the next day. I’m not sure what I’m asking for, I suppose I’m just venting to feel less alone. I’m so grateful to have my baby, but this is so hard and I’m scared.

My baby girl is two weeks and I completely understand the lack of sleep and coming from a mom wide awake at 2:30 AM currently breast-feeding I get it! Feel free to send me a message to vent…

The newborn stage is often reffered to as the trenches because it can be very tough. Have you spoken to your husband about your fears of waking him? I was stressed about this with my first, when I finally raised it with my hubby he said that he was a parent too and didn't expect unbroken sleep every night, while I still woke up alone to feed during the week (because he needed to work) I was less stressed about waking him and it felt a lot easier.... Your boobs hurting sounds like it could be a clogged duct or just your milk coming in, try hand express a little and massage it regularly. If it feels hot to touch or you start feeling unwell please speak to your midwife or GP (UK based so relevant medical person in other countries)... You are not alone, newborns are intense and a lot of work... But as a mum of a 6month old and a 3 year old it gets better and you will sleep again ❤️ try keep your expectations of yourself low and be kind to yourself, you are doing great!
Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Hi mums, I’m 10 weeks postpartum and feeling so burnt out. My baby doesn't latch, so I’ve been pumping and mixed feeding. Pumping is exhausting me, and I’m really thinking about quitting.
Because I work in healthcare, the guilt is hitting me hard and I keep overthinking the benefits of breast milk. But my mental and physical health are slipping.
Would love to hear from moms whose babies are 100% formula-fed. Please tell me your formula babies are thriving and that you got your sanity back! Need some reassurance today. 🙏

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

I’m 23+3 as still sleeping on my back. I can’t for life of me stay on side. I did buy one of those huge U shape pillows but I don’t find it comfy then end up chucking it on floor in middle of night. I think it’s kinda fine until 3rd Tri. Just want to know if anyone else is really struggling to stay on there side and end up on back!

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards
