If you are able to how do you do this? Do you shut them in the room with you?

I just put them in a chair in the room with me and give him a bag of toys im in and out in minutes.

Yes I always shower in the evening when she’s sleeping as it’s easier. X

I shut her in the bedroom connected to my en-suite. I then put Ms Rachel on our bedroom tv and put her in her walker. This used to be enough however now she’s older, it’s not. I’ve worked out she takes a good 10 minutes to eat a whole rusk so I give her one then run 😂🤣 I wedge the bathroom door open and then use the bedroom long mirror reflection to see her and make sure she is safe and doesn’t choke on her rusk. It’s a whole process but it does work 🤣🫣 drying hair though.. that’s just a no, I do that when she’s in bed but she’s on a completely different floor so it doesn’t wake her up.

Yeah, if shes awake I take her highchair in the bathroom with me, give her some toys and stick on cbeebies for her to watch. I just be quick in and out.

I do it during nap time if I'm alone

Only when his asleep otherwise no, he would never let me out his sight for long enough 😅😩

I used to take both my kids in the room with me but we’ve moved and it’s a much smaller bathroom we have here so there’s not the room. If I need to shower when home alone with one or both kids then I wait until my son is asleep and take the monitor in with me. I usually shower after dinner once my husbands home though as it’s just easier for me and I like having a shower before bed x

Put my little on in her travel cot which we have up always as a small playpen and then shower with door open, she has her toys. Quickly in and out shower

I shower only when our little one has his nap. He is crazy about water and would go mental if I was in the shower alone and he couldn't get in, too to play with water.
Getting him out of the bathtub is already a challenge.
Thanks guys I will try this soon. I won’t be able to do it when she naps as she naps on me or in the car so I’ll try putting her to play in her travel cot and moving it so she can see me. Wish me luck 😂🫠

At this age he wouldn't stay in the room. I just make sure the stair gate is locked and leave the bathroom door open and he just walks around.

Yep, she goes in the highchair n I put on nursery rhyme YouTube videos to keep her entertained. I often peek around the curtain n see her doing actions to the songs she loves it

I do it when she’s asleep mostly with a monitor, but if she’s awake she just stands at the side of the bath hurrying me up lol

I put
Him in the high chair in the bathroom with me and give him a toy or/and snack

Mine just free roams upstairs with stair gate on!
Is mounjaro allowed to be taken whilst breastfeeding? I’m not on it yet, but considering it as it’s the only thing that helps me lose some weight due to my health conditions.

Hi mums, I’m 10 weeks postpartum and feeling so burnt out. My baby doesn't latch, so I’ve been pumping and mixed feeding. Pumping is exhausting me, and I’m really thinking about quitting.
Because I work in healthcare, the guilt is hitting me hard and I keep overthinking the benefits of breast milk. But my mental and physical health are slipping.
Would love to hear from moms whose babies are 100% formula-fed. Please tell me your formula babies are thriving and that you got your sanity back! Need some reassurance today. 🙏

When should I start getting my little one into a bed routine? He’s 2 months old and will go to bed with me.. normally I don’t go to bed until 10pm due to having other kids and cleaning up etc.. but is it a good idea to be getting him into his own routine and setting up a monitor in his cot or is it too early for him?

I’m 23+3 as still sleeping on my back. I can’t for life of me stay on side. I did buy one of those huge U shape pillows but I don’t find it comfy then end up chucking it on floor in middle of night. I think it’s kinda fine until 3rd Tri. Just want to know if anyone else is really struggling to stay on there side and end up on back!

Does anyone know how long this sleep regression lasts? My son has gone from sleeping through to being up every hour for the last two weeks, I'm soooo tired!!🥲

I’m genuinely at a loss. My 7 week old will not sleep on a night time. Everytime she falls asleep in my arms I go to put her down and she wakes up instantly is awake for hours afterwards
