My LO has been having porridge in the mornings and I’ve started giving vegetables around dinner time just purées at the moment until I feel comfortable. I’m really stuck on what I do next after giving him vegetables I’m a FTM and any help is appreciated x

I've been doing the same and getting a bit stuck also with where to go next with weaning x

Obvs not an expert, I’m just winging it but the only thing I’m making sure of is allergen exposure - so I’d start going through the major allergens next and check for any reactions. You could also introduce some baby led weaning bits - soft stuff like banana, avocado, sweet potato etc., or you could start giving them an adjusted version of whatever food you have for dinner

Ive gone from veg purees and soft finger food to things like banana pancakes, couscous with veg and tomato puree through it, egg and toast and fruit and yoghurt. Im totally getting my confidence from my little girl who pretty much asks me...what next? 😂
