9 Month Sleep Regression -Help!

Hiii mamas

Me and my kiddo are currently in the sleep regression trenches. This one has hit the hardest of all of them! Me and my husband are really struggling. Our baby barely naps, has tons of night wakings.

At this point I’m desperate for anything that could help her. I can tell how exhausted she is and I feel bad! I just want her to get some sleep. 😭 pick of my baby cause she’s also super cute.

I don’t have any advice but I just wanna let you know you’re not alone, my 9 month old son is waking up just about every 2 hours and it’s very exhausting to say the least! We currently co sleep so that makes it easier on me, since I’m breastfeeding

My son’s naps are terrible, and he used to be such a good sleeper. He’s going to be 9 months old next week, and he wakes up at 5:30 am every single day. I’m so tired, lol.
You’re not alone 😢

Sleep regressions are a positive thing even though I know it sucks! The brain is making new connections and it helps when the body is alert to process the new milestones no mater how small or trivial it is. Praying for a sense of refreshing energy for you all during this lack of sleep time.

I'm in the same boat except my girl is like physically fighting me to go down for naps and bed. It is so exhausting. Here for moral support mama 🥰 Also is it at all teeth related? She may need something to ease that pain!

Not the best advice but car naps & cosleeping. My daughter is so alert and just started crawling so she will not sleep unless I’m pacing and carrying her or in the car. And for the night wakings, she wakes up briefly but because we cosleep I just put my hand on her belly before she’s fully awake and shush her a bit and she usually settles

What happens if you don't breastfeed?

Probably a stupid question but idk, if you choose to formula feed what happens when your milk comes in and how do you avoid mastitis?

Colostrum harvesting

Anyone else having real difficulty?? So demoralising. I was wondering if people have any tips…

Also how long should you try for? I’m getting minuscule drips but nowhere near even 0.1ml. 🥺

Thanks in advance

Silly question

My 1 week old seems to barely be awake, I know wake windows are really short at this age but is it normal for him to only be awake 1-2 hours a day?!

Spits at night

Hi ladies, my newborn throws up in her bassinet a lot throughout the night. I am too anxious to sleep with the fear she will choke or something more sinister is going on. Have anyone had a similar issue? Disclaimer - She is literally only days old

Left baby to cry

My six month old is exclusively breastfed, and from 2 months old he slept like a dream 8 hours plus, he fell asleep at the boob and then i put him in the crib and he slept all night. However, since 4 months old he has woken every 45 minutes and nothing will quieten him other than to be placed on the boob, he isnt hungry because he barely drinks.

Today, after two months of no sleep (partner sleeps in other room), baby was very fussy the whole day and i feel like ive ignored him, he has still been fed, changed etc but i just feel like i havent got the energy, no idea what to do 😭😭
