I like the idea of using it but also just think it will be staying in the middle of my living room being not pretty and slightly annoying 😅

It works wonders for my PGP😩it gets to the point it’s the only comfortable thing to sit on😂😂

I would say it is useful but only towards the end of pregnancy for pelvic exercises.. it’s then easier to accept having it taking up the space if it’s only for say, 2 months.
Some people also rave about using it to settle a baby when they’re a few months old so could be something to try after the baby’s born too 🤷🏼♀️

Omg yes! I thought I wouldn’t need it until later in the pregnancy but at 19 weeks with sciatic and PGP etc, it’s saved me! A few weeks on and I’m using it multiple times a day!

Was good for me when I had hip pain! My cocsix (can’t spell it lol) was so painful throughout pregnancy and this was the only thing I could sleep on sometimes x
