Formula fed night feeds

How is everyone feeding their babies through the night. We've recently changed over from premade to formula but the whole process, especially in the middle of the night, seems lengthy. Boiling the kettle and waiting 30 minutes for it to cool, mixing and then waiting until it's room temp when my baby is crying just doesn't seem like the best way. I am looking to get a nuby but the midwife didn't recommend it. Any tips are welcome x

We use the nuby and it’s great ! My partner gets up to make the bottle whilst I change baby then feed her , having the nuby makes the whole process quicker and you aren’t standing making a bottle for ages

Following! I have been pre making it and refrigerating (we use kendamil) and then it’s chilled when I want to use it x

To be honest we did premade kendamil bottles at night and in day formula just made it easier now expressed breastmilk only but before we were doing that

We also premake it then use bottle warmer - can be stored for up to 24 hours

I premake my bottles. I know it’s not recommended but makes night so much easier! I only do 2/3 at a time so I know I will use them in a matter of a few hours. So helpful, especially when they go through phases of needing a bit extra too! (I also use a bottle warmer just so they’re not freezing for him)

Early walking and head bumps

My son is 9.5 months has been crawling for the last few days and is also loving pulling up on furniture and he keeps falling into furniture he’s pulled up on. Or he falls back and bumps his head that way. It’s been 4 days and he’s had a head bump a day already and I’m with him each time just don’t catch him in time or he goes another direction. Is this just something that I just accept and try to reduce the risk as much as possible or are there other options?

Car seat question

I am 32 weeks pregnant and prepping hospital bags, I have written on my list don't forget the carseat! Which has made me think about the fact the carseat I have is just a buckle in one, not an isofix. It's got me wondering, how will the hospital go about it and is it something they'll be bothered by?
I do not drive nor does my partner so we didn't see the point of buying an isofix fancy car seat but I'm not sure how the hospital deals with them. It's fully safety tested and it's an i-size, R129 certified carseat and came as part of a travel system.
I suppose my question is will the hospital have a problem sending me home with my baby in that carseat?
Very random and probably a very stupid question but I'm now sat here over thinking this 😂😅
Picture for reference :)

Cradle cap

Baby is 3 months old and has quite a lot of dry skin/cradle cap on the top and sides of her head.
We've tried baby oil, moisturiser and a silicone brush but nothing has helped.

Any ideas or recommendations please

Routines

Does anyone else NOT have a night time (or even day time) routine, and just pure winging it?

My baby is 14 weeks and we absolutely have no routine, but he has no feeds after his 11.30pm feed until around 8am, which sound lush, but he struggles with wind still so he’s up (and I am) 80% of the night with wind issues. However, I don’t even know where to start with a night time routine, as he doesn’t sleep well through the day, so when he’s asleep in the evening, I don’t want to disrupt him to start a night routine when he’s likely to be woken up annoyed, as he is always in a state of over tired ness

Any advice? Should I implement something or let the poor boy SLEEP😅
