Yes. I am very negatively affected by every form of bc and now just use fam and condoms. Works the best for me and my hormones have slowly leveled out. I prefer the Kindara app but natural cycles was good too.

Yes I did for a couple of years. I was on the implant too and wanted to give my body a break from it so tried natural cycles. I started with the thermometer they provided, which is good once you’re in a routine and taking your temp similar times daily. But then I switched to using my smartwatch to check my temp which is when I fell pregnant as some days I would forget to charge my watch. So it does work well but you have to make sure you’re keeping on top of doing temperatures everyday in order to get more accurate dates for ovulation.

Copper iud is the best! Some people don’t like it and it has risks but safer than a lot of other options

Yes! Used it and loved it. Other BCs were affecting my moods and hormones too much!
